Protein (chicken, turkey, salmon, eggs)
Healthy fat (olive oil, avocado)
Veggies
…it turns into a balanced, body-friendly meal that fuels you instead of fighting you.
A potato is fine if you treat her right:
Pair her with protein
Don’t drown her in butter
Keep the skin on
And watch your portion (½–1 cup cooked)
