A potato is not the enemy.
It’s what you put on it and what you eat with it.

When you pair a potato with:

  • Protein (chicken, turkey, salmon, eggs)

  • Healthy fat (olive oil, avocado)

  • Veggies

…it turns into a balanced, body-friendly meal that fuels you instead of fighting you.


A potato is fine if you treat her right:

  • Pair her with protein

  • Don’t drown her in butter

  • Keep the skin on

  • And watch your portion (½–1 cup cooked)
